And that is the basis of my question: Does parents know if they have ugly kids?

And I’m sure it would work on my nerves less if they were actually exercising.

And what up with parents being so lousy these days? Kids can do whatever they want and the parents go into this I’m so sorry i offended you mode when the children does not do what they want! :mad:
Bring back corporal punishment, that should bring back respect that children should have for adults.

I’m with the dude saying that kids are noisy and irritating. I wish s they would build malls and restaurants that do not allow kids and prams. But this is just me.:D

Complain to the manager !!

I have often heard staff say (in all different kinds of establishments) "the manager is not here at the moment". Don't let them make that your problem, Mila! Ask them who is in charge when the manager is out and complain to THAT person. If they say no-one is in charge, INSIST on getting the manager's cell phone number and call him in their presence.

My gym is better :) It has a kiddies room and they are not allowed in the other areas of the gym.

I'm all for new things but I think people should stick to the rule: Kids should be seen not heard...

I guess you have a bunch of terrible two's running around you can not control. So you tell everybody that is the way you like it:p

I know was a bit of a sourpuss but i still do not like kids and i if i go to the Spur I can not complain but I think the gym is not meant for children.
 
I'm probably as sour as they come when it comes to screaming kids - I don't like 'em, and don't have 'em for that reason.... wonder when I do, I won't subject others to the torture.

its not torture, a happy screaming kid causing havoc is the best thing ever - wait until you have one....

BTW a screaming 2 year old.......nah thats pure torture, thank goodness the 2's and 3's way gone!!!


back to the gym, my virgin has lots of staff walking around and they generally kick the kids off the machines.......its cool, we end up in the exercise rooms throwing the big gym balls at each other.

dont know about gyms, hate them, anyone who goes to a gym deserves to suffer!
