Hi All,

Is there anybody here that can point me in the direction of someone with half a brain or some senior person in the accounts dept at Virgin Active Head Office? I've been on continuous loop of trying to get someone who can help level out my account (which Virgin keeps throwing more absurd outstanding amounts owing at me).

My account is up to date according to my payment records and proofs of payment via banking statements. Please help, anyone!
 
You're asking a lot here. I once reversed a debit order, and when I told the consultant, he said "You can't do that!"

I lolled and walked on.

Guess I was lucky.
 
aaah, yes.... the good old Virgin Active debit order nightmare.

They are nowhere to be found anywhere. Large corporates will make it as difficult as possible, or simply just do nothing. They know full well that the average consumer does not have the means to take them on legally.
 
I remember when I cancelled my membership at the end of 2022 they called me every month for a year afterwards asking me why I haven't paid. Had to keep reminding them that I cancelled in December 2022.
