Virgin Airtime Error

Hi

When I try to access the web, I get a not enough airtime error, but I have R98.56?

Any help?
 
That happened to me once or twice when I was still using Virgin Mobile. I'm guessing you're seeing the red CellC website saying insufficient airtime? Just reboot the phone and wait a few minutes before trying again.
 
oh wow i was gonna post a similar thread myself !

i'm getting the exact same cell c error when trying to access a web page,
insuffecient airtime when i do actually have about R40 or so...
 
Looks like everyone is getting it: Contacted the helpdesk and they sent an SMS to the phone that sorted it up with an up-date. It changed it to the settings below... which on the face of it looks like they have switched from Cellc to Vodacom!!!!! (note APN is now internet not vdata) Also now my email is not working now (was OK before) so clearly those settings are out - will try and keep people up-dated.... They could have SMS'd customers and told them they were going to do this, they seem to have no problem doing that with their promotions and stuff... perhaps a fat fine from ICASA might help
