I had good speed after 3 this afternoon, but on the dot 5h00 it all went down. I phone 123 and asked the lady what was wrong the past week or so. She told me that its because its the end of the month, and that all the debit orders go through now, and that it's affecting the internet users. She told me that she know it doesn't make sense (she was right), but its true. Oh and I must add that she said that she feel sorry for the inconvenience. It's because they just FEEL, and doesn't DO anything why Virgin is what it is. I always felt sorry for them, but after the past week and a half, I wont hesitate to kick them where it hurts.
