Virgin MMS not working

I recently ported to Virgin from vodacom and none of my mms' come through except adverts from vodacom. I think somewhere something in the porting process wasn't done properly...Does anyone know what I can do. I have phone customer care but it doesn't help

Honest opinion? Port back to Vodacom cause Virgin mobile is the worst network around, you will still be in the same position 6months from now if you choose to stay with them. Just read through the rest of the posts in here and you will see what i mean.

Well I PM'd ndlovu_f yesterday and phoned customer care again and they said Data Support would contact me in 24hours....Its been 36 now and still nothing happened

Well I PM's Ndluvo_f and Virgin have told me twice that data centre gonna phone me....So far nothing happened....Looks like they don't want any1 to join them
