Virgin MMS

i have a colleague at work that had her number ported from Vodacom to her Virgin contract, now everything works fine except for the fact that the phone cannot receive MMS messages, Virgin GPRS settings are loaded on to the phone correctly, the phone is a Samsung G800

Error message : Retrieveing failed, no response.

can anyone perhaps shed some light on this

Use share on ovi
