So I would like someone to explain to me how the process works. Mybb always helps :)

I phoned in on the 3rd/4th of Jan to cancel my contract. It was on a month to month basis. 3rd/4th Feb is when it became prepaid.

I remember speaking to the agent and saying that I would like to get debited on the 3rd/4th of Feb but they advised me it can only be done at the end of Feb/beginning of March. I have been debited again today, 2nd of April.

They tell me that they bill in arrears. Wouldn't that mean they should calculate my usage up until the 3rd/4th of Feb and bill appropriately on the first of March? How is it possible to have another debit order for April? And I am still on prepaid from Feb...

After a bit of a painful experience to do with Virgin Money, I was contacted by their Complaints Department 011 354-4034 to resolve things.

Try giving them a call - they're exceptionally helpful. Even though your problem's to do with Virgin Mobile. If they can refer you directly to 'Complaints for Mobile', then you won't need to deal with the call centre which should prove to be a blessing in & of itself.
