They have pretty a competitive prepaid voice rate with their 1,2 Free price plan where you pay 99c per minute and get every 3rd minute free making the effective call rate if you make a 3min call 66c per minute.

I use MTN prepaid as my main cellphone provider. They are just the best for me and I am on the 1c per second price plan but that was just a promotion. It has since been discontinued and the cheapest rate with MTN is MTN pay per second which is 79c per minute.

Slightly more expensive than what Cellc and Virgin Mobile offers now.
