Virgin Mobile Overcharging errors (check yours)

From 1 April 2011 to about June Virgin Mobile had errors and were overcharging customers for data. I was using whats app and they charged me R50 per day.

If you think you have been overbilled you probably have. I laid a complaint with "getexposure" and they refunded my account but if I had not asked I would have never got anything back.

That's nothing , I got listed on ITC and I was a long after I converted to being a prepaid subscriber.
 
I also got overbilled like a mofo. Will be porting as soon...it's just that the other networks suck just as much.
