Hi all.

I'm hoping some of you guys can point me in the direction of what to do here. I've had a v100 contract with Virgin for a year now. (I also bought a phone from them at the same time.)

Unfortunately I haven't been able to use my contract in all this time. Every time I try and use the phone an annoying voice prompt says "Your account has been suspended. Please contact customer care." Now, I've never once missed a payment, even though I can't use the phone, and I've logged I-don't-know-how-many calls to customer care, and every time they promise to get back to me within 24 hours, and then nothing. The last time they decided it was a data error and they needed to refer it to the data department. I was assured they would phone me the next day. THis was about a month ago now.

I would cancel the contract if I wasn't paying for the phone at the same time. Plus I've got a year of talk minutes on my account that I can't use. It's driving me crazy.

Does anyone know who I could talk to to complain? I've emailed those addresses on their website but have heard nothing back in a month and a half. Is there some kind of consumer action group I can email or something?

my wife and i have had to sue the same phone all this time, as I can't afford another contract.
