I wrote a few e-mails to Gerald and didn't even get a read receipt in return:(
 
Not getting a read receipt doesn't mean for certain that he didn't read your emails. But judging from his willingness to always help, he's either on holiday or he's left Virgin.

I have been away for the last 2.5 weeks, and I have replied to some of the emails I received already.
