So they have changed the look of their website slightly. Now when I log in I get a list of options on the top of the screen including vrewards etc. None of those links, except the billing one, work at the moment. So they have not changed the functionality at all. It just looks different now. Hmm. If I were them I would rather have spent the time getting the functionality working. I want to be able to check my vrewards online and buy airtime from their website. I am guessing I will still have to wait a few more months because they are likely working on the next visual changes to the site...
 
Thats a idiotic response.
Virgin do make it frustrating for us.
