virign topup

Hey all.

What is this virgin topup I see on my bill every month? (A hundred here, or sixty rand there.) I don't top up myself, and I have credit on my account, so shouldn't need any kind of topup. Any ideas?

It's the v100 with a samsung omnia. But due to some major cockup on their part when I first joined them, I was charged for about 6 months whenI couldn't use the phone, so all the airtime accumulated. I know I should have a lot of credit.

you better bring this matter to the customer care srevice else later they will make all ur credits which you got are to be refunded
