HI there,

I have installed Virtual CloneDrive on my Windows 7 machine. HOw do I get it to freakin mount the disc so that I can use it?

I need to install software on the OS as I really need to start working again, but I cannot get it to work.

I have set it so that there are two drives available just to be sure, but nada. I have double clicked on the ISO and I have right clicked on it and selected mount, but also - nada.

Flip, I need this to work now!

Stupid me! :o

Ok the restart worked, but it seems that they [Slysoft/VirtualCloneDrive] have got some polishing to do with their installer and Windows 7...

I don't think it is a Win 7 problem... I have had "issues" with virtualclonedrive like you described under XP as well. Sometimes it recognises the image, sometimes not. Sometimes it autoplays the image, sometimes not.

Sorry, but I actually ment that Slysoft has got some work/polishing to do with their installer to get it fully complient with Windows 7. Windows 7 brought in some fancy stuff with the restart manager etc. and I think it would be only in their own interest to get an installer out that is fully complient with Windows 7.
