Recently we received a small touchscreen with which to test our software with. So I was tasked with finding a virtual keyboard to allow the users to log on. And it must be free for use.
A quick Google produced this website :

In order to produce customized keyboards, such as the one shown below, you'll have to download an extra application via http://www.polital.com/cntd/
The installation and setup is fairly straightforward, there are no funny issues, and the designer is very easy to use.
You can create any type and size of virtual keyboards you'll need.
