Virus infected Pc

Any anti virus software i can install after pc was infected. Online scanners down work?

Try install kaspersky (protected install function) update the definitions and boot into safe-mode and run a full scan in safe mode...

Give it a go...

Download the new avast 6.0 antivirus, its free. I recently used it to clean a friend's pc which was infected, did a nice job. Very fast as well.
