My Pictures.exe has the same program icon as a folder icon... 99% of people will click on it, infecting the machine even more...
Watch out for System Restore, and Recycle Bin folders on your flash drive/root of C:\
Delete RESTORE and RECYCLE hidden folders
Get Autoruns from Microsoft Sysinternals, and remove the dodgy startup exe's
Get a decent AV, like NOD32 (prevention is better than cure)
Format Flash Drive, and start from scratch.
80% of clientele PC's have virusses on, sharing your flash drive at clients means instant infection....
