Vista download install disc:

Where can I download a Vista install disc? I have a legal license key but have lost the disc. I need the Vista Business OEM for Dell.

Utorrent jammed my whole internet for some reason. When i loaded it my internet stopped working.

utorrent is aggresive. It'll use all your bandwidth if it can. Thats probably why it has the reputation of being faster.
