vista floating orb start button.

Is there a way or program to have this in vista.I saw it yesterday on a xp machine that looks like vista...i think the software is vistamizer which has this.Can it be done for vista to.

You see the vista start button the round thing with the windows logo in it,Now is there software to make this a floating icon on the desktop.meaning you can place it anywhere and if you click it the normal start menu will appear.

I dont want to install any software in vista to do this,there must be self containing.exe
