There's a sidebar app to see usgae as it happens, I really miss that on XP now...

well i did check it out but the closest one was for wifi,Is there no other

Maybe your firewall? Comodo shows bytes sent to each IP for each app.
I'm sure that there is something like that in sidebar format.

I downloaded netmonitor sidebar tool but it does not show accumulated usage
