Vista SP1 & SP2 Disc

So does anyone know whether I can get a physical SP 1 and 2 disc from microsoft directly?

I remember going to get SP2 for XP from Microsoft from Midrand and paid like R80.

Can one do the same for Vista?

Or does anyone have Vista sp1 and 2 discs and is willing to ship to me?

Will pay costs of course
