Here is the list of supported software for MS Vista (800 sw packages). However here is the list of unsupported software, which includes:

• Adobe Systems Inc.'s entire line of graphics and multimedia software
• Symantec Corp.'s security products
• Mozilla Foundation's open-source Firefox Web browser
• Skype Ltd.'s free voice-over-IP software, and
• OpenOffice.org

Skype works, I use it on Ultimate at home.

supported= software has been tested by microsoft, can carry a "designed for vista" logo on the packaging

unsupported= software has not been tested by microsoft.

testing involves paying a fee to microsoft, so I highly doubt open office and mozilla could give a cr@p.

Good...., cause FF works fine under Vista.

Ja.. who really cares what is supported or not.. I'm sure this article will just mislead people, how about what works and what doesn't.

The iexbeta report looks better..
