Vitality broadband problem

I'm having problems with Vitality broadband,

I'm using a telkom router (it works), but since last week, it does not connect to the internet:

The dsl line syncs on the router, and stays up
It receives the DNS ip's and the Default gateway ip, but no IP adress...??

This happens regardless of which router i try (i've used the telkom router, a Mecer adsl usb router, and a billion router)

Anyone have any idea what could cause this? :confused:
 
Doesn't sound like a line problem - perhaps it's worth calling the Vitality Broadband support okes? 0861 DISCMAIL / [email protected]
Could be your userid isn't what you think it is...
