Vitality Error

Turning to MyBB, as It Seems Discovery/Vitality is silent or uncaring about this error,

recently added myself to Vitality, thinking its worth going for the Half Price movies and maybe later on the Gym memberships,

but the POS Android app gives me this error, does not matter if I do it on Android or the Equally POS IOS, Same error.

because of it I cant activate anything, spoke to their F**** useless support, got a ref number and complained and complained but nobody knows anything.

so let me ask here, anybody else got the same error?

Just an idea: Click on that ambulance icon and see how fast they react!

But seriously, are you getting the same error when logged into their website instead of the apps?

VAR is no longer part of the main Discovery App, it moved to Discovery Bank

LOL, website does not even display anything.
they keep giving me the run around, thought to ask if anybody here has the same problem, or its just me.

Not correct. Only if you're a Bank client has Active Rewards moved to the Bank app. It remains in the ordinary Discovery app otherwise.
 
But... see the end of the second paragraph of the document attached.
We are talking about different things here, though. OP joined Vitality, but he does not mention whether he activated Vitality Active Rewards. He also does not mention from which date Vitality will be active.

Two other things to keep in mind. His Android device runs custom software, not the official Android that it came installed with. This could add to his problems. His iOS device has some device management software installed that is managed by his company. This could potentially be an issue too.

If only he could tell us exactly what he wants to do, then it may be easier to assist.
 
I had the same errors on the Discovery app for a couple of days, and it sorted itself out. Maybe while they were changing the interface.

still see the errors, but after speaking for the 10th time to a Agent managed to get the correct Vitality membership number to get the discount.
not very happy with Vitality, support is up to ****.
