Good morning,

Does anyone have any advice on a good, affordable vitamin cocktail to improve memory and general concentration?

Should I just look in the direction of a good multi B and maybe omega 3 supp?

Thank you

Fish oil/omega 3 in combination with magnesium. I have found this noticably helpful for myself.

Suggest to read up about the vitamins you're planning to take- some are absorbed best in combination with others and/or certain foods (eg calcium and vitamin c).

I heard John Robbie on 702 this morning mention he takes the ADDvantage fruity chews and they've helped his memory and concentration.

Gingko Biloba - has been used by Chinese for 1000's of years to boost memory and concentration. Sometimes prescribed to older people when they start experiencing memory loss.

You can buy the Carpe Diem bottles at P n P (which tastes OK), but it becomes expensive. Alternatively, buy the capsules or some gingko biloba leave tea at any health shop. The latter tastes pretty awful, but I guess that's the most natural way to take it.

And I agree on the omega 3 and 6 oils...

maybe try "biostrah" i think that is what its called...

...i've read in one or 2 mags, that ppl rate it pretty high

but i would suggest playing a couple of soduko puzzles a day
