Vlocity

No further comment.
At all by the looks of it. Only too happy for me to remove my comment, then just ignored.

I posted on Monday and a day later the COE reply a day later. Explaining that it is not their, nor their resellers, policy to force a new 12 month contract for a temporary bandwidth limit increase.

So I remove my comments and PM him what the reseller wrote to me.

Guess what? I was just ignored.

So I PM'ed him again on Thursday and still no reply.

I just wish I had another option to be able to get connectivity, but our only option is Vlocity. If you are with them and have another option, take it.

Hello peter it bud, I would but I am in the city where it's too so-called expensive to support rural. Anyways ts-s.co.za maybe they can help not sure if it's the same area?

Dear @Dairyfarmer,
Upon investigating your claims:
You are not a customer of Vlocity.
You are not with a reseller of Vlocity. i.e. your service is not directly provided by Vlocity in any way.

You service is provided by an independent Network Operator with his own infrastructure in the area.
Vlocity simply provides a wholesale service to the region. IXOPO
Your WISP is a local company that provides you connectivity, speed etc, all under their own control with their own contracts that have nothing at all to do with Vlocity. At no point were you provided any documentation from my company or any reseller of mine.

I provided you a direct channel and email address to contact me. You have not done so. Instead you private messaged me a statement and not a question. I contacted all my wholesalers and resellers to try to find out who you were and which network you were connected to. Vlocity has over 20 resellers and up to 4 wholesalers with offices in all major provinces, so trying to figure out who you were is a challenge as you provided no information and did not make use of the email address i provided for clarification.

The WISP Concerned has indeed contacted you directly to discuss, as this is not my place you are not a client of mine, your response to him was that you needed 2 days to cool off and you would call him back. You have not done that. I provided a support forum and email address to make contact to resolve your issues, you have not used those facilities. He tried again to call you at my insistence, and you are refusing to take his calls.

We supply Wholesale data like Seacom, Openserve etc. We do have contracts with our wholesalers. These are long term contracts that have no bearing whatsoever on your contract with your WISP. We cannot control their pricing, and we cannot control their contractual obligations.

Thats like complaining to you about the milk i bought from Pick n Pay.

I don't have network coverage in your area, so i cannot provide you an alternative from Vlocity as we dont cover that area.
Some people have been recommended to you, and i know of multiple operators in the region, so i'm sure if you did your homework you could find someone.
