Virgin Mobile blacklisted me with Trans Union for owing them R11! I terminated my contract with them and paid my account in full. I only discovered this when my credit card application was declined. Virgin Mobile cannot provide me with an invoice for the outstanding amount, and is no longer responding to queries submitted through Get Closure.
Can someone assist by providing contact details for a senior manager who I can Email or phone to resolve this?
