You need to buy a bundle .... and you lost the unused SMS's at the end of the month.

Or look at it another way - buy the 100 sms bundle - only send 10 smses in a month and you're paying r3.30 per sms.

True. Ads are getting more and more devious. You have to spend a lot to get this SMS price. The ads make it look like a general new pricen for all.

Me2. I have been on the 200sms bundle with vodacom for at least 2 years. I always send more than 200sms's but less than 500 - out of bundle rates are the fixed at 35c (peak and offpeak) an sms IIRC. Saves a bundle haha.

I rather use Virgin Mobile because you get low cost sms's without having to buy a bundle.

I have a 500 sms bundle at MTN. If I use 500 sms's it cost me 22.8c per sms. If I only use 200 sms's then I still pay for 500. That means I have to pay 57c per sms.
