Vodacom 3G usage?

Hi fellas,

I have a Vodacom 3G package for my trip and I had to install the latest dialer from Vodaphone to make it work. This breaks, it seems, the usage bit. It shows me session usage, but not historic.

What do you guys use to keep track of your usage?

Is there a way to determine the number of the sim in my 3G modem? Preferrably without removing it and disconnecting?

OK, to answer my own question, the Vodafone software allows me to send an SMS to my regular phone, so I can see what the number is.

If you are with Standard Bank you can. Buy the airtime and in the vodacom4me website convert it to data package.

I am not sure on the other banks

I'm not with any South African bank (thank goodness).

works with ABSA inetrnet banking too.. buy airtime online and then in v4m just convert the airtime to data. very easy and quick.
