I did complain to Vodacom regarding the status of my data used. It showed +/-20Meg used and that night I received an SMS stating I have used all of my 150Meg. The next day I had a look on the internet and it still showed way below and with itemised billing it aslo showed way below. Only when I received my account, I had to pay another R87,00.
The short - the actual (taking in concideration the 3 hours they talk about) is NOT a TRUE reflection and up to today after 2 letters they did not bother to contact me. The promise of a 3G repeater is also not forthcomming.
