what a surprise, been using my 3G the last 3 days, and for the last 3 days the remaining balance still shows the same .. whats up with this??:mad:

I had this a while back on my 4U contract, first call 155 and get it logged - get a call reference number and insist that the problem be assigned to the relevant developers, then send all relevant details [including screenshots] to v3g and ask him to get the ball rolling for you.

this really gets me, coz its not the 1st time this happens, same thing last month, and what gets me about it is the oob charges are MUCH higher so i like to make sure before i start a large download, now again, this is not the 1st time this happens, and its something i EXPECT to work, constantly & accurately, both of which are problems, a) doesnt work consitantly, and b) isnt accurate, why does it have to be 3hours behind and not "live"? right now i'd take having a), but so ironic that a technology company can be so technologically challanged by its own systems that cant relay stats to their subscribers accurately & consistantly, like i say, why cant i pay my subs "sometimes" and sometimes not - thats the v4me site, sometimes sometimes not - so that should be fair right?
