I had this a while back on my 4U contract, first call 155 and get it logged - get a call reference number and insist that the problem be assigned to the relevant developers, then send all relevant details [including screenshots] to v3g and ask him to get the ball rolling for you.what a surprise, been using my 3G the last 3 days, and for the last 3 days the remaining balance still shows the same .. whats up with this??![]()
