Vodacom 40 gig per month contract

Hi guys, sales person at our local Vodacom shop told me they have a special whereby you get 20 gig any and 20 gig night data for R289 per month on 24 month contract (own device)
This seems like a very nice deal @ ~R14 per gig?
I'd just like to find out if you guys are aware of any better deals than this a.t.m. please before I commit

Telkom Mobile 20 plus 20 at that price comes around every few months and includes a Huawei B315.

@anthonyhugo - If we apply "Caveat Emptor" = Let the buyer beware here the following jumps out at you.
1) Is a Open Ended or Top Up.
2) This is a "Promotional" SIM Only pricing for 24 Months ONLY - At Month 25 the pricing RETURNS TO R1010-00pm on a month to month contract. If you moan at this VC will inform you this was a PROMOTIONAL PRICE.
3) Typical marketing ploys applied by ALL NETWORKS - Try look beyond the Smoke and Mirrors.
Re-consider your requirements before trying to dry the crocodile tears.

Which Vodacom store is this?
 
Nevermind I see online for 279 with a router. It's top up so that's good
 
That's not 40GB, that's 20GB with 20GB night data that most will never use.
 
Telkom deal comes with a free router, cheaper to top up and the Night surfer hours are 12 to 7am.
 
Cell C R1999 for 200GB. That's R10/GB anytime data.
