he account is not mine but my girlfriends, she has been double billed for a handset for months now, while only having one handset after returning a handset she initially received which was not ordered. She has tried to sort the issue out and get credited but is still struggling despite being told a credit has been done and is waiting for approval. She noticed today that her latest bill now includes a Equipment - Balance of Contract charge tripling her normal monthly bill.
