Vodacom Affilite programs

Hi there, I have a website which deals about All the south African network services providers. it's more like an alternative help center on issues customers face daily.
Now, my question. Does anyone know which company hosts vodacom affilliate program? I checked at offer-forge and traffic Synergy but they both arent running vodaom ads.
