Vodacom Airtime Voucher already used

Bought 5x Voda and 3x MTN vouchers from Takealot. All fine except 1x Vodacom voucher - tried loading it and it said "Voucher pin is already used".

Both Takealot and Vodacom have been disinterested to help.

Anyone ever experienced this before?

Takealot can't help you here.
Vodacom should be able to provide details of when and which number the voucher was loaded to.

In future, buy RINGAS vouchers.
Can be loaded onto any network.
Status of vouchers can be provided promptly.

Update: Vodacom insisted that I take my fight to a physical store.

After calling Takealot and getting an investigation opened, I have received the airtime amount credited to my account.

Not sure if they located the issues / double sell on their end or whether they just "good faith'ed" me, but I'm happy it is resolved.
