Im just writing this out of shear frustration and despair.....hoping someone from Vodacom will read this and take some action.
The Vodacom app for Android has got to be the most frustrating thing to experience after the incompetent SA government and Eskom
Once you are into the app, it works okay, but getting into the app past all it's security is the problem. It is easier to get into Fort Knox than into the Vodacom app......why ?
Please Vodacom, emulate the TELKOM MOBILE app. Now that is a polished and well thought out app - it reads the SIM and automatically logs in, no passwords required.
Vodacom wants, one upper case letter, one number, at least one lower case letter, at least 8 characters. After going through the process, I wrote down my password so i wouldn't go through hell trying to get another one...and you can't reuse your old one. I tried to get in now, using my correct password, but it said wrong password grrrrrrr. The process of getting a new password is even worse than creating a new one.
Come on Vodacom, just copy Telkom.....we are not trying to access the "fire" button of the USA nuclear facility here...we are just trying to see our balances.
