I've managed to speak to MANY managers at call centers.. but then I'm civil over the phone, and i'm getting the impression that you might actually not be.

Also something tells me you're ranting at Vodacom in general, when you should be ranting specifically at the shop that you dealt with because they're independant franchises from what I know.

Im a little too civil over the phone......ask Supafly ( my brother )....thats why I dont get anywhere with anything like this.....

And i did not deal with a shop.......Vodacom directly, so no.....it is not a franchise.....

Background history on me......i ALWAYS get messed around by companies......apparently it is because im too nice......so im TRYING to be a little
more assertive with companies......My brother laughs at me CONSTANTLY for this........
