I've managed to speak to MANY managers at call centers.. but then I'm civil over the phone, and i'm getting the impression that you might actually not be.
Also something tells me you're ranting at Vodacom in general, when you should be ranting specifically at the shop that you dealt with because they're independant franchises from what I know.
