Vodacom - Are there network problems?

Hiya all,

My wife is on vodacom contract and is not recieving most sms's. On Friday...she was getting none at all...but now she seems to be getting some about 50% of the time. None from me at all. Thought it was my phone...so sent to friends and they are getting them. So its not my phone...also...if she send sms's...they come through no problem. Just seems like only 50% of sms's come through sometimes to her phone...no matter who its from.

Is there a network problem with Vodacom (she is on Vodacom). Anyone else having this issue????
 
It's funny, but I was just thinking things were unusually quiet on my phone at the moment too. No complaints from anyone though.

I wasnt getting sms's from a MTN number on Friday, then the D00s called me and asked why I wasnt replying...

I blamed my P1i:eek:

But wait I changed phones to a N82 and recieved all the sms's so I doubt theres a network problem....
 
Oh, fxxx.......I sent someone an important sms on Friday and didn't get his reply (Very unusual)......But SMS is working this morning VC TO VC.

My wife is also struggling this morning to send out SMS messages

Are you with MTN or CellC, and which network(s) are your friends with?
 
SMS's on Vodacom are delayed by something.
Received my Internet banking E-mail's but not all the SMS's for the same transactions.
Saw the something of Friday last week, I only received the SMS's on Saturday morning.
 
The sms's are not late though...they have never arrived. I sent 4 on friday afternoon, and she still have no recieved the, I am on Cell C network (which really is Vodacom network)...and her sister is on Vodacom. So it seems its a vodacom issue I guess?
