Vodacom ate my airtime!

So i knew i had a data bundle active and i was busy browsing then i got the 4000kb left sms... so i finished reading a page and disconnected just as i got the "costs are now being deducted...." sms...anyway i tried to make a phone call now and it was like abort abort no airtime...like R40 airtime had disappeared from my account!@!&RT*&#& this really really pisses me get your dam billing system working properly!

There is delay in their sms system, I think. Lately I got quite a few delays in smses, in the region of hours, sent to me from a VC number.

There are lots of people who complain when their airtime goes m.i.a. I downloaded firmware from their downloads.jsp webpage using a vodacon prepaid simcard and it deducted 50-60cents for some reason. They love random billing people on data. Thats why i used a prepaid sim to download with. Incase i used the incorrect apn and get suprised with another out of bundle charge.

On the Ball billing

Never had an issue with 082's PP data bundle billing....once i hit 4000 kbs, get an sms....sometimes a few and in general top up my bundle ASAP...no issues...so guess its not a general problem with the delay in the PP billing....- just to add wish 082 would make balls up like MTN....other half is on contract with that network....and ever since they did that billing upgrade....he does not get billed for data....get the itemised billing....can see the data being use, - and all of it is zero rated....alas...the joys of being on a lessor network...LOL
