VODACOM BAD REPAIR SERVICE

Hi all,

Is there anyone here with experience in dealing with these *******s, who can give me some sort of direction as to how i can escalate my query,regarding the above mentioned issue I have.

On the 10th of august i took my phone into the canal walk lower level branch to be repaired for a faulty vibrator and usb flap that no longer closes. my phone was in there prior to that and they had replaced the motherboard, a few days into having the phone back the vibrator started making an abnormal sound as if faulty, which i naturally assumed is a result of them having worked on the phone, I didn't take the phone in because wasn't prepared to wait another few weeks again. anyway on the 28th of august i go in to inquire about the repair and they tell me a quote was given on the phone, i ask why, they don't know! no details of it on their system. then they tell me someone tried to call me on the 11th , probably to tell me about the quote. i received no such call! though i call bull**** because i received sms's from them saying the phone was entered into the assessment process then the repair process and then another to say they awaiting parts. then the bright young lady's eyes brighten up and she says its no longer under warranty to which i correct her because the contract is still active and its a 2 year contract as it is warranty. she said she will call me the Saturday and she did, only to tell me, she doesn't have an answer and then made a promise to call on Monday. i waited and no call, so i called, only to find that she is off that day. 31st of august i speak to Avril, who was going to email me or call(STILL WAITING)LOL.

This morning I call and speak to Tashreeqa, this lady asks me to hang on and phones to JHB,she then tells me that they say the phone is out of warranty and thats why they quoted me. i argue that and say its impossible because the phone comes with a 2 year warranty. she ask me if its a nashua mobile contract and if so then its because they only offer 1 yr guarantees on their phone(BULL****) again. its been how many years now that companies stopped offering 1 yr guarantees on their handsets.
After my disapproval of what she said, i was told that either she or another person, i think her name was Doiley or something, would call me back with an answer.
later the day i get the return call by such a DELIGHTFUL young lady(Doiley).
the lord alone knows why that lady is working there, she doesn't even touch on what Tashreeqa lady spoke of, so she obviously came to that phone in her most ill-informed state.
talking **** about whats written on the page in front of her, nothing else because she simply read from the job page as i heard her quote exactly what the lady typed on the system, which is ringer/vibrator/speaker problem, obviosly just a category as i only had the vibrator issue.

sorry about lengthy message but thats my issue. any replies with ceo's details would be appreciated.

Smart phone warranties are useless. Cellular companies only "fix" manufacturing defects and not physical defect. They will always make an excuse saying it's physical damage so it's not covered under warranty. Like what Cell C did to my Xperia M

There's no way I'm just accepting that, specially since it only had that issue since it came back from them and they giving me multiple answers as well, seems they just looking to get out of it.
