Vodacom Billing Errors

Wonder if anyone has noted when purchasing SMS/Data once off bundles via the App or USSD, for example SMS 20 for R10/1GB Once Off Bundle for R149 to billed against your Vodacom Account.When monthly Invoice is received the R10 and R149 both have been billed with 1 cent extra eg. R10.01/R149.01
This matter has been reported to their HQ.
Just be interesting how many other VC customers have been affected?

This is when I activate once off bundles on my system for customers. Seems to charge R0.01 short

Yes @Ockie the origin of the problem started in April 2019 when VAT changed from 14% to 15% and VC failed change their billing back end system from 3 Decimal Rounding to 4 Decimal Rounding. We are now paying,paying and paying for the negligence of someone to mitigate the issue which borders on breach of contract besides a few Statues in Law. Just remember this company will blacklist you for 1 cent. R148.99 rounded up in terms of SARS rules does return R149.
VC has not been able to fix this issue since May 2019 and do not deem this an URGENT by the type of VC replies.
So anybody out there with the same issue based on the same set of facts please advise this forum.

I tried to explain a similar problem to Telkom years ago. They didn't seem to understand the issue and kept closing my complaint. It isn't worth the issue for just my bill, but these over charges do add up at a company level.
