Thereafter I checked my data balance and minutes all fine had about 300mb of my normal monthly data and still a lot of 1gb promotion
Today at 3pm I get a message from Vodacom your data is expired and I did no downloading and no updates all of sudden my data is expired and billed out of data bundle rate
I called customer even more
Hopeless they can't help me
I have to pay R22 plus give many other supporting docs with letter of request
