Vodacom BIS issues again

Anyone have?

I'm on and off from yesterday - for hours at a time. I was hoping when I woke up today thing would miraculously better - but they're not. My MTN friend mocking how they've never had issues doesn't help

PS BB9700 and the 4 dots ARE on now - but the '3G' seems to sometimes be large and other time small. When small, I get no throughput ...

Does that make sense?
