Vodacom BIS stopped working

Hey Guys,

As of this morning my blackberry is showing edge instead of EDGE... did a battery pull, no luck.. on hold with Vodacom but no answer for 20 mins.... anyone got any ideas on how i can reinstate my connection?? I was thinking they might have cancelled my BIS but im on a blackberry100 contract, so that would be pretty retarded of them, but i dont put it past them.

So logged into their website to see if my services are still active but they are experiencing technical difficulties... vodacom LIFT YOUR GAME!!

I have never been able to do anything successfully on the New Vodacom Portal i always get "technical difficulties" Vodacom4me was a much better site!

Noticed over the weekend vodacom BIS wasn't in operation from early hours of the morning until afternoon. This could probably of been done to implement the throttle system on their BIS servers.
