So blackberry services from vodacom are down.. how do I know.. a fantastic little gprs instead of GPRS...
So i phone 155 to tell them...
"no there is no fault on our network" they would not believe me that they have a fault on there network, the 155 have been taught one thing..
if blackberry fault = resent service books... i do not think they can troubleshoot further then that, then i ask to speak to a supervisor, who will not believe me that there is a blackberry fault...
as i have said before, hitting your head against a brick wall is more productive then phoning vodacom data support 155... 2nd time i phone they finally admit there MIGHT be a network problem..
