Vodacom blocking VPN

My users cannot connect to our L2TP/IPSEC vpn via Vodacom. Over CellC, MTN, Telkom and Fixed line works 100%.

Phase 1 succeeds but fails on phase 2.

Anybody else experiencing this problem?

I would suggest you apply for a Unrestricted APN (Free). I found that port forwarding was blocked by Vodacom until I got the APN updated.
