Can someone please help.
I get a "Promotional DATA 250 Meg Bundle" every month on my contract.
It never loaded this month, although the call centre person insists that it did.
It shows on the latest invoice, so it's not a case of the bundle having expired etc.
The recharge history shows a "Data Bundle Top-Up" for R0.00 on the first of every month, EXCEPT for 1 Sep.
I tried to explain this to the call centre, but they don't quite understand.
Anyone else experience similar issues?
