This weekend my phone received a sms.
Signing me up to a ExploreApp service for R7 / day.

What is making me angry is that I previously permanently blocked all these type of subscription services at Vodacom themselves.
Did the STOP sms to 31050 and indeed the response was that I did sign up and am now unsubscribed.

So Vodacom's system to block unwanted subscription is useless, their supposedly check that it is you subscribing is useless.

Today decided I will contact the callcenter at 135.

None of the 4 option apply
There is no option to speak to an operator
Choosing one of the 4 option brings you to an automated system

What a useless company !
 
Vodacom call centre agents not well informed with what is advertised on the Vodacom website. Had a similar experience this weekend. MAde an upgrade last month only to see that nothing has been done. The call centre agent apparently cancelled my upgrade. I used the 082111 number from a landline and waited for an operator. Should try that way.
