hi, due to poor cell signal, Vodacom installed an external aerial and Cel-Fi Unit at my home about a year ago. The signal has dropped and become very poor recently. i have tried to speak to Vodacom support, and they are clueless and refer me to a Vodacom shop. any ideas where i can get proper Vodacom support?
 
Step 1: Climb onto the roof.

Step 2: Drop wrapped presents down the chimney while you are there.

Step 3: Locate the support number on the sticker of the Vodacom hardware installed on your roof, and call them while you are on your roof, where the signal is better.
