Vodacom.co.za registration problems

Tried to register (log in) on Vodacom.co.za with a new prepaid SIM, but get the message that the password is wrong all the time.

I receive the password via SMS as expected (tried twice), but they simply don’t work.

Called 082155 – have been hanging on for over 15 minutes already. Put it on speaker phone to type this message to make the most of the time :D
 
What format are you using for your cell number (i.e. username)? Try both 082XXXX and 2782XXX.
